  New server with no trainer. Shows up every 10-15 minutes. Sh*t tasting tomatoes. Can't cook a steak to well done. Microwaved soup. (Half hot and half cold) Two meals delivered, third one never showed up. (One the underdone steak other with mentioned tomatoes.)

  Waitress i had was nice. Other than that one of the worst dining experiences I had.
  
  - bathroom smells like urine, floors are sticky and one of the three bathroom stall is broken (makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen)
  - green beans had a ton of sugar on them
  - bacon cheese potatoes were cold when delivered
  - sundae: I've seen a toddler do better
  - very cheap and simplistic ingredients and recipes. I used to do better than that in elementary school
  - couple across the table had burned chicken
  - quite expensive for such cheap food. I can get a better and much tastier deal at Ruby Tuesday's across the street for the same price

  Would give a ZERO if possible! I am not the one to complain at a restaurant or send food back but I made it very CLEAR how I wanted my steak cooked and after waiting 45 minutes for the first steak - AFTER everyone else at the table had their food. They delivered my steak and it was soon overcooked it looked and tasted like a block or burnt rubber.
  
  The waiter saw the steak and said "NO! - Let me send this back for you!". I then waited another 45 minutes for the second steak which came out not as overcooked but tasted like it was left over from lunch and was thrown back in a microwave and reheated. It had that infamous "REHEATED MEAT Taste" and was absolutely aweful!
  
  At this point I just asked if they could just take it off of my ticket because I wasn't willing to wait any longer and at this point was beyond ready to leave.
  
  I just don't see how you can overcook a steak not once but TWICE when it was not even the busy time of the night. Most of the people their were at the bar ordering drinks NOT food.
  
  To top everything off, the manager only removed $8.00 from my bill - which wasn't even the full price of my meal. Because I had taken ONE TASTE of each steak!
  
  ABSOLUTELY ABSURD! I guess it hendered them from being able to re-serve it to someone else!

  When I first walked through the door I thought I was going to get good service but instead I had poor service and it was my birthday which was the worst thing about it but then when I came back it was better and I had a good waitress
